Delivery

At the moment, we provide delivery to Omniva parcels for online store orders, and you can choose it when placing an order. Delivery has a fixed price of 3.99 euros in Latvia. PAYMENT

After placing the order, we check the availability of the product and send a prepaid invoice. When receiving the product at the office, payment can be made by bank card or transfer.

In the online store, it is possible to make a payment with a payment card or internet bank.

DISTANCE AGREEMENT

The contract is concluded between the owner of the online store www.carcare.lv, SIA TMT, Reg. no.: LV40103993863, legal address: Riga, Cesvaines iela 4, LV-1073 (hereinafter referred to as www.carcare.lv or Seller, Supplier), and the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) who places an order or makes a purchase in the online store www.carcare.lv. The distance contract applied to all orders and purchases made in the online store www.carcare.lv.

DISTANCE AGREEMENT.

REGULATIONS

Distance contract – it is an agreement between the Customer (Consumer) (Article 1, Clause 3, 33PTAL) and the Seller. www.carcare.lv (article 1, point 5, 33 PTAL) or service providers (article 1, point 4, 33 PTAL), based on the offers of the Seller or Service Provider, with addressed or unaddressed printed editions, standard letter, catalog, advertisements in the press where the coupon is attached to the order, telephone, fax, Internet, e-mail, television, radio and other sources of information.

1. DISTANCE AGREEMENT COMES INTO FORCE

1.1. The distance contract comes into force as soon as the Customer (Consumer) has placed an order via the Internet, telephone or other means and received confirmation of the order from the Seller via e-mail. An order and order confirmation are considered received when both parties have access to it;

1.2. When concluding a distance contract, the Client confirms that he is able to act and is not under the influence of alcohol, narcotic and/or psychotropic substances.

1.3. The Agreement (including the General Terms, in the same version in which they were published on the website at the time of the request) comes into force from the moment when the Customer accepted the Terms of the Agreement on the www.carcare.lv website and made a purchase;

1.4. By concluding the contract, the Customer gives consent to the desire to purchase the product, in accordance with the terms of the Contract, and the Customer is fully familiar with the General Terms of the contract and agrees to them;

2. GENERAL TERMS OF ORDERING THE PRODUCT

2.1. According to the given contract, SIA TMT undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the buyer, while the buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the ordered goods, depending on the chosen delivery method.

2.2. Within the framework of this contract, the product is ordered only through the online store www.carcare.lv, by filling in all the necessary fields and pressing the "order" button. Ordering a product on the website www.carcare.lv is considered as the buyer's acceptance of the Distance Agreement. By concluding a distance contract, the customer agrees to the terms of delivery of the ordered product, as well as to purchase the product for the specified product. If the order is completed correctly, an inscription that the order was accepted will appear.

* When registering in the online store www.carcare.lv, the customer undertakes to present correct personal data, full name and working e-mail address;

2.3. After the end of the purchase process, the Buyer will receive an e-mail with confirmation of the order, which confirms the order in the online store www.carcare.lv.

2.4. If the Buyer has not received www.carcare.lv's automatic invoice confirmation, then www.carcare.lv has not accepted the Buyer's order, has not joined the Distance Agreement and www.carcare.lv is not obliged to fulfill the Buyer's order. In that case, the buyer needs to make sure that he placed the order in accordance with the requirements of www.carcare.lv and has specified the correct e-mail address.

3. PERFORMANCE PERIOD OF THE DISTANCE AGREEMENT

3.1. The Seller undertakes to fulfill the terms of the distance contract no later than 10 days after receiving the order from the Buyer, if the parties have not agreed on another term. If the seller is unable to fulfill the terms of the Agreement because the product ordered by the Consumer is not available, the Seller undertakes to inform the Consumer about it. In that case, the Seller can offer the Consumer an equivalent product or return the full value of the product.

4. RIGHTS OF REFUSAL AND RIGHTS OF RETURNS

4.1. According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania, the Consumer has the right to use the right of return and unilaterally terminate the distance contract, and return the product to the Seller within 14 calendar days. Within 14 days from the moment of receiving the product, the Buyer has the right to return or exchange an unused product. The returned product must not be used, damaged, must be in the original packaging, with undamaged labeling, without visual and technical defects;

4.2. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality of the product during the exercise of the right of withdrawal;

4.3. The buyer must present a document confirming this purchase when returning the product. The consumer can return the product within 14 calendar days. If the Consumer wants to return a product that does not comply with the terms of the distance contract, then, in accordance with the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Lithuania No. 631, the Consumer needs to fill out a return form and hand over the product in a complete package;

4.4. www.carcare.lv has the right to refuse to accept the returned product and not to return the money if the product has the symptoms mentioned above;

4.5. All cases of return by the buyer must be notified in writing to hello@carcare.lv, specifying the order number, first and last name;

4.5.1. It is the buyer's duty to notify the product defect immediately, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the order;

4.6. Product return procedure:

4.6.1. Add a document confirming the purchase (printout from the Internet bank);

4.6.2. The product must be delivered or sent in its original, undamaged packaging to the address www.carcare.lv (Cesvaines iela 4, Riga, LV-1073);

* When returning or exchanging the product, the risk of transportation is assumed by the buyer.

* If the product is rejected, the money for transportation is not returned.

4.7. SIA TMT examines the application and, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, sends you a written answer within 10 working days;

4.8. SIA TMT undertakes to return the full value of the product with one bank transfer to the buyer's bank account no later than 30 calendar days from the day the consumer/buyer sent a written refusal;

4.9. After successful payment, the order can be canceled within 24 hours by contacting carcare.lv by phone or e-mail.
